We recognize that collaboration and excellence go together. AM seeks partner organizations who offer programs that compliment our mission and vision. AM mentors and staff are offered scholarships to train and become certified with teacher training mindfulness organizations (see below) that allow a much broader and skillful offering.  In addition we value and effort to partner with likeminded organizations that have expertise we do not have to enable us, as consultants, to direct our clients to the best resources.

Inner Strength was established in 2014 to foster inner strength for outer stability in today’s youth. They provide school mindfulness and systems thinking programs to train teens to use life-long learning and mental wellness tools. ISF cultivates wholesome learning environments by providing stress reduction programs for teachers. Realizing the promise of our shared future rests on supporting the youth of today to become curious, caring, and creative leaders of tomorrow.

Mindfulness & Positive Psychology Program

The 'Peaceful Kids' program is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children from Prep through to Year 12. This program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.  The Peaceful Kids program can be run in schools, organizations, hospitals and in private practice by teachers, wellbeing leaders, counsellors, psychologists, school nurses, chaplains, social workers and wellbeing practitioners.

Learning to BREATHE (L2B) is a mindfulness-based curriculum created for classroom or group settings. Mindfulness is the practice of becoming aware of one’s present-moment experience with compassion and openness as a basis for wise action. This curriculum is intended to strengthen attention and emotion regulation, cultivate wholesome emotions like gratitude and compassion, expand the repertoire of stress management skills, and help participants integrate mindfulness into daily life. Each lesson includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting. L2B has been researched in many setting and used with adolescents and adults. L2B has been recognized in the 2015 CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) Guide as meeting research criteria for effective SEL programs.
