MBSR

Mindfulness Based
Stress Reduction

This is an interactive, online version of the official course created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts in 1979.  It is the world’s most widely-researched, evidence-based mindfulness program. It has been taught everywhere, from the classroom to the boardroom, from hospitals to military installations. It has been proven to develop skills that enable participants to more effectively face life’s greatest challenges – including illness and pain – to significantly reduce stress, and to promote wellness and well-being. It is a deeply transformative curriculum.

MBSR Integration Group

The practice of MBSR is designed to become part of your daily life. When this happens, it can be truly life-changing in ways that gather momentum and can have a life-long positive impact. In our experience, this kind of integration often requires support —  at least initially —  and when you practice in community, the benefits are often compounded.

This program is free, donation-based or sliding scale to non-profit organizations. Scholarships, sponsorships and discounts may also be available.
