Interested in deepening (and sharing) your practice wisdom?

When you begin to open the deeper dimensions of your psyche, you uncover a new world of understanding. Supported by research that is at the leading edge of psychology, AMP training is a deep dive into your own inner wisdom -- from seeing how your body holds energy to appreciating your innate ability to respond to challenging situations. Your daily life is within the breath as you notice it. The result is a paradigm shift in the way healing happens.

If you have a personal mindfulness practice and are interested in discovering how deep a well of healing it can be – for yourself and others --  becoming an Access Mindfulness Mentor (AMP) is an exceptional and exciting opportunity.

AMP is the heartbeat of Access Mindfulness

The Access Mentor Program (AMP) is a core program of Access Mindfulness. Aligned to the AM mission, AMP is designed to support and educate future mentors. Volunteers will learn to facilitate our Orientation to Mindfulness Program, a 60-90 minute program for non-profit organizations or schools, and to participate in development days within their own organization or for others.

Requirements
  • To have some availability during the day if given enough notice
  • To participate/facilitate on-site orientations. (What is mindfulness?)
  • A personal mindfulness/mediation practice for a year or longer
  • Commitment to meet weekly for 3 months
  • Fulfill preparation for continued learning and development
Outline
  • 3-month program
  • 2-hour meeting/weekly
  • Monday evenings TBA
  • One all day meeting TBA
